Marketplace role

Shyam Shops operates as a marketplace connecting buyers and sellers. Returns, exchanges, and replacement eligibility may vary by seller, category, product type, and the condition of goods at delivery.

  • Return eligibility may differ from store to store
  • Perishable or custom items may be non-returnable
  • Damaged, wrong, or incomplete orders should be reported promptly

How to report an issue

Contact support within 24 hours of receiving an affected order, with order details and supporting photos where relevant.

Refund processing

Approved refunds are initiated through the original payment mode where possible, or through another compliant method allowed by Shyam Shops and the relevant seller.

Delivery charges

Delivery fee adjustments depend on the reason for return or cancellation, seller policy, and whether the order issue was caused by seller-side fulfillment.
