Use of service
By accessing Shyam Shops, you agree to use the marketplace lawfully and not to misuse product listings, store pages, ads, delivery flows, or customer support channels.
- Users must provide accurate information when creating or managing accounts
- Sellers are responsible for the legality and accuracy of listings they publish
- Buyers must not abuse return, refund, messaging, or reporting features
- Marketplace access may be restricted for fraud, abuse, or policy violations
Platform role
Shyam Shops facilitates discovery, ordering, and marketplace coordination. Seller obligations, delivery execution, and certain order outcomes may remain seller-dependent.
Products & stores
Product availability, pricing, delivery promises, and store policies may change. Errors, stock-outs, or compliance concerns can result in listing updates or removal.
Ads & classified listings
Ads may be reviewed, rejected, paused, or removed if they violate moderation rules, legal requirements, or platform quality standards.
Payments & future plans
Shyam Shops may introduce paid ad plans, promoted visibility, or other monetized services in the future. Any such services will be governed by applicable plan terms.
